Returns & Cancellations Policy

Due to the instant-access, digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

No Refunds on Digital Downloads Because our templates and starter kits are delivered immediately upon purchase, we do not accept return requests after the download link has been accessed.

Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the download has not yet been accessed. To request a cancellation, please contact us at okoma@airguardafrica.com within this window.

Exceptions If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing or downloading your purchase, please reach out to us at okoma@airguardafrica.com and we will do our best to resolve it promptly.

Duplicate Purchases If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, please contact us and we will issue a refund for the duplicate order.
